The pack, running, running,
Up the mountain, across the gliding
Stream, frozen here and there
Leap, bound, run over the log
Down the dark, cold ravine.

Stop to howl for a time
Sitting on rocks, covered in grime
Off we go again
One by one, in line
Follow the alpha, to the hills!

The pack, running, running,
Toward the herd of deer, a-galloping
It's time to hunt
For the pack,
Full bellies tonight.

One last chorus of howls
Lift our jowls
Toward the setting moon
Back to the warm den
As our moonlight run draws to a close.
