I know it sucks when ya hear it but here it comes...
I love this pic, i love the pose and the expression in her eyes, but the only things that catch my eye is head to body ratio, and the overall size of her hand as well. Now i don't know of any tutorials out there for the hands, i've never looked cause I generally use my own, but I have notice that hands are generally about 2/3 the leangth of the forearm. Sometimes that ratio could be a little closer or farther apart, but thats what I can tell.
Head to shoulder ratio on an average humanoid females: shouders should be about 1.5 headwidths across.
Other than that, thats all I can really pick out. Trust me, been there done that, check out my old works on my old profile and you can see what I mean.
